    BTW I don't see anything in the Report Function rules users about using it to report PI.
    Note: This is ONLY to be used to report spam, child porn, flooding,hacking, exploits and harmful posts that will put Totse in danger, DO NOT USE IT FOR ANYTHING ELSE, users who abuse this feature will be banned.ONLY MODS CAN REPORT USERS FOR OTHER ISSUES

    So one more abuse of the report function and I am punting him back over the fence for another 8 hours.

    Report feature can be used for reporting PI. I added the small bit now. I will reverse one warning to reflect the change.

    He was not warned for this report he was warned for the two others. So no need for a reversal.
