Pumping iron

One of the best decisions i ever made was to start lifting heavy.

You sleep better, it cures depression, it increases confidence, it makes bitches wet, it makes you strong, it keeps you healthy, endorphins, pride, progress and physical release.

I cannot recommend lifting weights enough. I seriously cant.

I dont care if you look like that kid from the king of the hill or you're already taller and stronger than people you see - why arent you making that flesh sack you were born in better than it was last week?

No excuses.

I dont lift heavy anymore. I maintain my size by toning and mid weights.

I did however love to Shoulder press heavy. That made me feel like a beast

    after the workout.

I take that back i do heavy lifting with my legs. Upper body is mid weight with a lot of cardio.

I do agree with you on "You sleep better, it cures depression, it increases confidence, it makes bitches wet, it makes you strong, it keeps you healthy, endorphins, pride, progress and physical release."

Weightlifting in general is a +
