I wasn't sure whether to prefix this with "mind" or "body" at first. I chose mind because I decided that this deals more with the disorder and mindset than the operation to "cure" it. If you don't know, gender identity disorder is when a person doesn't know if they would rather be a male or female. It happens to both sexes but seems to be more prevalent with males for whatever reason. Possibly this is because of the strong and recent rise in feminism. I'm not one to say really, I'm just speculating. Honestly the concept is foreign to me though I have met a few people with this so-called disorder i.e. shemales, trannys, lady boys, he-she, whatever.
Eventually the person will start dressing like the opposite sex. They will or won't wear makeup to hide the definitive qualities of their true gender. They call this "living in stealth". In extreme cases the person will opt for a sex change operation.
I don't really care if a person chooses to inverted his/her/it's genitals. It doesn't have anything to do with me. I do think though that they should definetely tell people who are intending to be in a relationship with them. I do not think they should tell one night stand partners just for the sake of lulz though they should have an escape plan. We've had a few transgender members before.
What are your thoughts and feelings about all this shit? Do you think it is an actual disorder or not? Could you care less?
