    just don't scratch that shit man. If you avoid touching them for a couple of days you're pretty much set.. though that is easier said then done. Try cold showers too

    My family seems to like putting rubbing alcohol on bug bites. Never helped for me. Find some camphor cream.

    Scratch in circles around the bites instead of on the bites themselves. That way you get the relief of scratching without the worsening of the itch afterwards.
