I think the original Iron Chef (料理の鉄人, Ryōri no Tetsujin) was a badass cooking show. I love seeing those chefs go fuckin crazy in the kitchen trying to make 6 dishes in an hour. The American version, however, sucks. Why? It has Mario Batali and Bobby Flay, both of whom are douchebags. Plus the asian guy on there is nowhere near as cool as Chairman Kaga.

Which one do you prefer and why? Discuss.
