I added this Custom BBcode to help users point things easily. It should support maps etc.
To use it, just go to:
http://maps.google.com/
and then zoom into location.
Click on the link button and you will get this:
http://maps.google.com/?ie=UTF8&ll=37.0625,-95.677068&spn=51.089971,79.013672&t=h&z=4
Now, I can make it so just by pasting that link the map code works but for security reasons I didn't do it
Now, just take the bold part out:
http://maps.google.com/?ie=UTF8&ll=37.0625,-95.677068&spn=51.089971,79.013672&t=h&z=4
and paste it between map.

[map]37.0625,-95.677068&spn=51.089971,79.013672&t=h&z=4[/map]
[/noparse]
After that you get this:
[map]37.0625,-95.677068&spn=51.089971,79.013672&t=h&z=4[/map]
This will help in meetups and other stuff.

I would need to work with an API to get it working.
What is an API?
And how hard would it be to get this working?
