Anyone big on how to hack mobile phones and clone IMEI's and how to change IMEI? just wanted to know for educational purposes ;)

    It's impossible and any service that claims to do so is fake. I've tried doing it to bypass at&ts data plan and after some extensive research figured it was impossible. Don't bother with it.

    ok cool is it true tho i can still export phones to egypt and middle east and still get good money for them with blocked imei?

    That would totally depend on the buyer. Demands for factory-unlocked iPhone 4's are especially high and I doubt anyone would bother to buy a locked phone in that area.

    People unlock their phones to be able to use them with other providers globally.
