How the fuck do you prevent these or make them go bye bye quicker?

    There's not really much you can do besides wait it out. Just keep reminding yourself that it's just mild depression and it will subside. Lots and lots of weed, juice, anything to replenish your chemicals.

    Scatterday Saturdays ~ Juice and bud too works for me, I usually just take it easy the day after though, no use postponing the exhaustion.

    How many days in a row have you been taking E? How strong of doses have you been taking.

    It's mainly depression man, as your dopamine and serotonin receptors are shot. But as far as anything physical: take a multi-vitamin, drink plenty of fluids. Also some good bud works. Also get out and get some sun. There is something about sunshine with depression that makes it a little better.

    Sedatives, vitamin c, foods that are high in nutrients necessary for the creation of serotonin & dopamine, lots of weed (especially edibles!), getting good rolls (MDMA really has little to no comedown on its own), and making sure to dance yr balls off when you're rolling
