I skimmed through because my eyes are hurting but dammit, I would love to listen to HD Radio.It basically uses FM/AM to broadcast enhanced audio which could be analog or digital or a hybrid of two. In short, you can enjoy 5.1 surround using HD Radio. According to the Wiki it's free atm and only requires a capable receiver.
Btw, it's not Satellite Audio. So, don't confuse it. If you're in America you might already be listening to it or you station might have HD capability.
