It's a good message, I think more people should take it into consideration and not just for this website. I make a note to change my passwords (and often email addresses too) every month or so, sometimes sooner. It's good practice.

Always use a strong password! I like "two-handed" passwords best. I wrote a thread about Using Two-Handed Passwords if you're interested :thumbsup:
