The letter comes from the organization or organizations you provided the community service for. Each organization you assist has to produce a letter, on their company letterhead, that says:
So and so (you) completed xx hours of community service at our organization between (date of first day of volunteering) and (date of last day of volunteering).
And it needs to be signed by the person at the organization who could be called to confirm the details of the letter.
