Server too Busy error message

Whenever I visit the site during the day (U.S. Eastern time), I get a Server Too Busy error message. I don't know if its a bandwidth issue or if there are processor intensive tasks running (such as an import of all the original totse threads to the forum) but the only time I can access the forum is at night. (1am - 5am EST)
I know there is not much forum content here, but I hope to help with that despite my lack of useful contributions in the past, or at least to help form a solid foundation.
Also, the text files seem to lack the formatting that the files back on totse had. They seem to be text only with no background or sidebar.

    I will see about the issue. Its slow for me aswell and i talked to the host before. Whats going to happen is a switch from shared to grid. Should be fast and normal again. I will need to take the site down for a few hours though.

    As of right now, the forum seems to be working. I'll let you know tomorrow if there are any further issues.
