Windows 10 by default uses your bandwidth to send updates to other people. You can Disable it.

To turn this off:

Press Windows Key and search for "Windows Update Settings"

From there click "Advanced Options" on the right

Finally click "Choose how updates are delivered"

From there either turn it off or restrict to LAN members only

There are a few "report to MS" options for a lot of things. All on by default. Fuckers.

I turned them off during the install (NEVER select express settings!).
