The GCSB, NSA, GCHQ, FSB, etc, etc seem to be a law unto themselves. These organisations will say what we wanna hear via the media but in reality they never follow through with it. The Dotcom case is a perfect example of their ignorance towards legislation. All of them are based on the principles of deceit. What they tell the media is basically just that.
