For dinner I had crab cakes, coleslaw & orzo with parmesan & basil.

I had homemade chilli made out of left over deer meat I had in my freezer from last year and made it into a mixture of chilli cheese cornbread where you mix up half a pound cheese with a pound of chilli and make corn bread then pour it ontop of the chilli cheese mixture and bake it until the corn bread is golden brown and finsihed by the toothpick test. Was delicious.

For dinner, we had tri-tip roast, mashed sweet potatoes & baby carrots.
beer at the moment. Just finished my dinner of grilled rockling with avocado and orange salad. Went down a treat, I actually really like rockling if it's fresh and cooked right
