I posted this over on Zoklet as well but I know some of you are exclusive here.
Ihave a very fun albeit unusual side job. I train llamas and alpacas. Not to jump through flaming hoops or spit on people or anything, but they need to be trained to accept a halter and lead rope and by trained to by led around on that rope. This is no easy task, it takes weeks to build up the trust to even touch one of them.
I have some pictures from the last couple months I thought I'd share. I'm also more than happy to answer any questions about these animals.
Mother and daughter:
The small black one is a baby, she couldn't have been more than a week or two old. The brown and white guys standing next to her are fully frown alpacas, the grey/black/white one in front of her is her mother.

Well they are very curious but also intelligent, so they're wary of people (or other animals) being around touching them. This is part of what makes them useful as a guard animal.
