I have an Eye twitch

My left eye has been twitching for about 2 weeks now:angry::angry::angry::angry:
How can I make it stop??Fuck!! this pissis me off:angry::angry:

    Stress and Caffeine are the likely causes

    I had this a few months ago

    Stopped drinking anything with caffeine and slept more and it went away in a week

    I used to get random eye spazzes sometimes, but it wasn't a direct result of anything (I think). Pretty odd, but they go away on their own.

    Also, shit in your eye.

    I followed my Grand Father remedy. It's pretty simple.

    A) Drink two glasses of water.
    B) Lay on your bed and relax.
    C) Unzip your pants or just get naked.
    D) Do not move and just let the eye twitch.
    E) Then just turn over to the twitching side, like if my left eye is twitching I will turn to that side.
    F) Then use your hand [if the eye is left use the right hand vice versa] and cover your twitching eye for 10 seconds, lower the hand to your mouth and blow hot air into it and then rub some oil on it and start jerking off using that hand,
    G) When finished, just clean up and get a good night sleep.

    When you wake up the twitching is gone. Works every time.

    You have some stress somewhere. Find the cause and eliminate it.

    The twitch can last for a while afterwards - I had it once and until I stopped thinking about it going away, it did not go away.

    Mine used to spazz out too.

    I just did some basic eye movements. Left, right, up down, repeat... It should help relax your eye a bit.

    I can't tell if this is true or dfg trolling. It seems legit but why is the fappage necessary?
