Well, my friend has some DMT, and I'd like to go to space. The problem is I have baby lungs. I don't smoke weed or cigarettes often so I cough every time. I would love to breakthrough. How do I make my lungs tougher?
Definitely smoke moar. Weed if possible, cigarettes if you can't get a hook up. Either will work, just practice holding in bigger hits for much longer and you'll be good to go.
Well, depending on what was inside the fire extinguisher there would be some different endings Foam - probably choke. Water - again, probably choke. CO2 - They would.... Need to breath a lot? xD

Smoke reggie and try to keep your hits in.
Start with baby hits then move up.
Same for DMT, baby hit then work on harder hits.

The primary incentive that drives me to swim is the hope that it will in some way counteract the practice of chain smoking.
Do something like this, except in your lungs and bigger.
this is the best way to do it but if your wanting instant results it just wont happen. hold off on the dmt for awhile and build up your tolerance
