Well, he did have those reference books, personally I would need the University library to get that book and even then it's just a matter of luck. Plus, I don't think we have that many experts in that field. Hell, even if saw something like this I would be cleaning my shit of it not cracking it open. But anyway, it's still good to see people actually doing something.

This is neat. I'd never even consider the thought that a rock in my backyard could contain 400 million year old fossils.

That is really cool. This makes me want to break open random rocks that I find now. Dfg, your library may suck but there is always the internet. Do enough research in the right places and you'll eventually find the truth.
