Organizations that offer R/B for work

It's come the time when I'll be leaving the nest, and I am looking for an organization that I could take advantage of, where I could travel around a bit. I know of WWOOF, but I know there has to be more than that. Does anybody have any experience with one of these organizations? How where you treated? Did you enjoy it?

I think so, but it would be a lot cheaper if the paid for my room and board for a month.
