What kind of haircut should I get?

I have not had a haircut in several years; I'm going to attempt to get a job soon and believe I should get one.

I have no idea what it should look like, so you guys should pick for me. I don't really care as long as it isn't terribly short, and you think I have a chance of becoming employed.

Bonus points if it stops chicks from calling me Ron Weasly.

Get it trimmed up to your ears or something. I did something similar the other day and I went from a massive bushy mop like yours down to a 2-3 inches trim. It's pretty good actually, I much prefer it now although I was nervous as fuck before going there.

Nothing wrong with such a hairstyle, as long as you have the right attitude at a job interview to carry it off. Baring an 18 month period, I have had long hair for near 20 years. My hair has never stopped me from getting a job. It is you ability to show that you can do the job over the expectations of an employer that gets you past this.

BTW, you are ginger and have no soul / piss the bed. But you know that.

^ my haircut felt weird as hell after having long hair for over 7 years... Then I had it cut down. It's not exactly super short now, but it's definitely a LOT shorter than before. Feels alright now though

I would not worry about it. At the end of the day, people can see your ginger hair from miles away, but they would have to be within 100 yards or so to smell the pissy / digestive buscuit smell.

Haha, a couple of years and that's all you've got? I might post pics of how long my hair used to be later. It was pretty long, aroun 80cm or so I think.

The longest my hair has ever been was about 30cm I guess, way back when in 2005. I'd like to have it as long as OP but it tends to irritate the crap out of me after a certain point. I can't stand feeling of it touching the back of my neck and it's a bitch to wash.
