I have no fucking clue what this is but after reading about it
here . It basically creates a Skype Channel where you can invite people and do other things. I mean it's a great feature. Hell, you could even host a semi channel in this fashion but I think the user might have to keep the client open but still it's a great thing to experiment with.

And you don't need to keep the client open, the group chat is created on skype's servers.
