The system did not fail her, she failed herself. People forget that if you can't support a child, you shouldn't have one! It pisses me off tax dollars are going towards a whore.
I find it a shame that in cases such as this where the Human race is obviously going back a step in the way of Welfare and Capitalism, that people allow for babies to be seen as welfare cash cows.

It is indicative of the mind set of the people who put the current socialists administration in office when they slut says at 2:26 "Somebody needs to be held accountable" in reference to the fact that she has more kids than she can afford on welfare. Their whole approach to life is someone needs to do for me because they have more instead making decisions based on personal responsibility.
