Apple Suck!
There! I said my peice. Who's next?

BRUCE Willis is preparing to take Apple to court over who owns his huge digital music collection after he dies.

The Die Hard actor, 57, wants to leave the haul to his daughters Rumer, Scout and Tallulah.
But under iTunes' current terms and conditions, customers essentially only 'borrow' tracks rather than owning them outright.
So any music library amassed like that would be worthless when the owner dies.
Willis has asked advisers to set up a trust that holds his downloads, which reportedly include classics from the Beatles to Led Zeppelin, to get around this rule.
The action star is also backing legal moves to increase the rights of downloaders.
Apple can freeze users’ accounts if they suspect them of sharing tunes with others.
Chris Walton, an estate specialist at Irwin Mitchell, told a newspaper: “Lots of people will be surprised on learning all those tracks and books they have bought over the years don’t actually belong to them.
“It’s only natural you would want to pass them on to a loved one.”

Bruce Willis is not fighting for our rights against corporate naziship of music.
My evaluated conclusion: Bruce Willis sucks as well.

All these years my peers thought I was strange because of my hate for Apple. Now people are finding out how evil they are.

lol I guess no one read the fine print and just clicked I accept the terms and conditions. If anyone did they wouldn't buy music they would never own.

That is total BS. When I was 14 my best friend's older brother in law drowned in a duck hunting accident. He had over 400 33 1/3 LPs of old classic rock that he left my buddy when he died as they were very close and he knewmy buddy loved the music. Now if the IP rights on the LPs were the same as what Apple wants those albums would have had to have been destroyed or returned to the record companies. Can you imagine if Apple made cars?
    If Apple Made Cars

Top 10 ways that life would be different if Apple sold cars.

    10. Cars would be priced higher than they are worth and come from a single source just like they do now. But Apple would continuously advertise that buying one of their cars is an escape from that kind of old style paradigm.

    9. Apple would be continually lobbying the government to subsidize the donation of cars to schools for driver education.

    8. Cars would need excessive horsepower to operate more than one accessory at a time.

    7. Many accessories would operate differently but owners would ignore this and boast to their friends that all of their accessories have an identical look and feel.

    6. Help regarding the operation of their accessories would be only marginally better than those who drove UNIX cars but the owners would boast that this is of no concern because all of their accessories have an identical look and feel.

    5. Owners manuals would be very small. Maintenance manuals, needed to add an accessory yourself, would come in seven large volumes.

    4. Owners would make fun of how complex it is to add an accessory on other cars. Owners would not have a clue just how difficult it was for them to add an accessory to their own car themselves. Very few owners of Apple cars would add their own accessories.

    3. Periodically a little picture of a bomb would appear on the dashboard and the car would come to a stop. Loyal owners would rarely, if ever, admit this and would convince themselves that this sort of thing happens to owners of other cars all the time.

    2. People who could never drive before would begin driving, join auto clubs, tell everyone else how to drive, and generally become insufferable bores.

And the number one way life would be different if Apple build cars...

    1. Using the fruits of a larger company's focused research and development effort cars would be introduced that were 10 years ahead of their time. After release, they wouldn't change for over 10 years...

When you buy a car off Rolls Royce you sign an agreement. You can't modify or pimp the car in any way and they're meant to be serviced and repaired by a registered Rolls Royce service center.
I remember the agents for Rolls Royce tried taking a NZ scrap dealer to court for putting a BB ford/chev (Cant remember what it was) into his RR. I also believe he fucked them over because he bought the car privately. (No contract was signed)
