Before I forget, here is my latest benchmark for my new Ram Disk which I created using AMD newly acquired Ram Disk creator.

CrystalDiskMark 3.0.2 x64 (C) 2007-2013 hiyohiyo
Crystal Dew World : http://crystalmark.info/
* MB/s = 1,000,000 byte/s [SATA/300 = 300,000,000 byte/s]

Sequential Read : 5337.579 MB/s
Sequential Write : 7622.228 MB/s
Random Read 512KB : 4705.149 MB/s
Random Write 512KB : 6010.067 MB/s
Random Read 4KB (QD=1) : 576.210 MB/s [140676.3 IOPS]
Random Write 4KB (QD=1) : 473.976 MB/s [115716.9 IOPS]
Random Read 4KB (QD=32) : 559.807 MB/s [136671.6 IOPS]
Random Write 4KB (QD=32) : 475.460 MB/s [116079.1 IOPS]

Test : 500 MB [Z: 18.5% (387.6/2091.0 MB)] (x5)

OS : Windows 7 Ultimate Edition SP1 [6.1 Build 7601] (x64)

Chances are most of you wouldn't know what that is, but that's my RAM Disk benchmark. It literally takes a dump on any high-end storage device based on performance and price (unless it's a Ram Disk running on a higher frequency and better memory controller)

To put it mildly, it's fucking fast. I use the 2GB Ram Disk for Firefox and other browsers cache. Also, I got 24GB of RAM, will upgrade it to 32GB shortly and then create more Ram Disks. This is just awesome.
