    that was not caused by steroids but by injecting oil in the muscle to make it seem bigger

    It's synthol.

    It's a form of synthetic oil they inject in their muscles to have them enlarged. Unlike steroids, it doesn't give you a boost in muscle mass, it just expands them and makes your biceps huge and squishy. It's fucking gross as hell, but some retards do it.

    They just look big, but there's nothing in there.
