How Much do You Pay for Spice?

I'm talking about that legal (for now) mix of herbs and usually a lot of skull cap that is meant to be burned as incense but people smoke it to get high. I've heard it called a lot of different things. My brother gets it for $15 at the local tobacco store. A few of my friends smoke it and I've heard a large price range from $10 (supposedly the stuff only made him light headed for a few minutes) to $40. How much do you guys pay for it?
