I just use crappy old Windows Vista, with a few programs I've made it look like that. For instance, the program tray thing is a program called ObjectDock.
Yeah the layout looked like a weird version of linux to me but the icons and the look of the signal bars and what not looked like windows. So I'm going to assume that your right.
Damn dude they are both pretty damn awesome in my opinion. The second one is a hella lot funnier but I think the first one will look a lotta cooler on the desktop. Damn I wish I could use both. They are very well done. So the first one. The second one is hilarious though.
