Festivals and Pseudo-Hippies

So before i get shot down and become a flaming wreck where you can all piss on me to put me out, just...listen.
A lot of my friends go to festivals this Summer, int eh UK these are not limited to Reading festival, the Isle of Wight festival, Glastonbury and some other stuff.
What fucks me off royally about these things is how instead of a place of enjoyment, they have been hijacked by Liberal douchebags and Pseudo-Hippeis.

3rd is most accurate to what I am saying, and ironically enough, one of the girls on there (not saying) I actually know. Personally. Not intimately, unfortunately.
So basically, why all this eco-friendly, flower wearing, expensive costing bullshit? I know people who pay £200+ on clothes for a festival. What ever happened to the charity shop stuff that you wouldn't give a shit about whether it got covered in mud and piss? It seems that festivals will soon be sponsored by greedy corporate fucks who would enforce a dress code, like a nightclub. Thank you, "hippies".
It just grinds my gears, that's all.
