Okay, I revoked some permissions. It seemed users with Acolyte status could use an Avatar but it wasn't working for some reason. From now on, only regular users can have avatars.
So I need a lot more posts B4 I can have an avatar:(

Also Increase the size of avatars and up it to at least 975kb, I need that for MY avatars
