12 hour Nasal Decongestant. Be sure to get the 20 count of 12 hour the 24 hour have really this almost plastic shells on them and it makes your pills clumpy not fine powder like you need. But if you buy the Walmart brand they are only 5.99 no Tax on meds in the USA so 6.00 will get you a box of 20 but you will want a friend to buy another one or a few friends so you can get 2-4 boxes but you only need 1 box for this recipe,but the more psuedophedrine you have the more Methamphetamine you will retrieve.

Energizer Ultimate Lithium Batteries.
You will need the lithium from 2 full batteries for this Synthesis. A pack of 8 cost 13$ at Publix.

1 - Can Of Diethyl Ether. Which can be bought at a auto parts store. Proffered brand is Pyroil 11oz Starting Fluid. 4.00$ at Advanced Auto Parts.

1 - Can of Hexane. Which can be bought at Advanced Auto Parts. It will be on the same shelf or close to the Starter Fluid. It will be called CRC QD Sensitive Electronics Cleaner.
It is 11.00$

1 - Bottle of Sulfuric Acid - You can get this at home improvement store. I use (Clean Shot) Drain Opener it cost 12.99$. But another good product is (Liquid Lightning) Also a Drain Opener it cost 13.00$ as well. Both items are pure or close to pure Sulfuric acid. You will need this for Gassing the final product.

1 - 26 oz container of Iodized Salt.
(Price = 1.50 - 3.00$) This is mixed with sulfuric acid to make Hydrochloric Acid for gassing the final fuel.

1 - 24 oz Pepsi bottle... For Shaking The Recipe.

1 - 20 oz Bottle .....for gassing the Mixture.

OKAY TIME TO COOK.

Step # 1
Take 3 Mason jars and remove the lids.

Step # 2
Fill one of the 3 Mason jars 1/2 of the way full with the Starter Fluid.

Step # 3
Fill the other Mason Jar 3/4 of the way full with the Hexane (CRC QD Sensitive Electronic Cleaner)!

Step # 4
Add 1/3 of the Diethyl Ether (Starting Fluid) in the Empty Mason Jar. Then fill the rest with the Hexane that being 1 part Diethyl Ether and 2 Parts Hexane.

Step # 5
Add mixed Fuel to a Ziplock bag. Add 1/4 cup of distilled water to fuel and vigorously shake the mixed fuel inside the bag for 30 seconds. This is WATER WASHING your fuel! After 30 seconds of shaking there should be a top and bottom layer. You want to pinch a corner of bag off and let the fuel drain out until the bottom layer of oily looking water is gone! It should only be a small amount of oily looking liquid that will come out. You can see what needs to come out. After the fuel has been washed and the oily looking water is gone clip the corner of the bag and add the fuel to another bag and repeat process again.

Step # 6
Add cleaned Fuel to your 24 oz Pepsi Bottle.

Step # 7
Add 1/3 Of A Cup of your (Drano Kitchen Granules) also known as Lye or Caustic Soda.

Step # 8
Add A 1/4 Cup of Un-Grinded Ammonium Nitrate and A 1/4 Cup of Grinded Ammonium nitrate.
I grind a 1/4 and keep a 1/4 Un-Grinded because I feel that the grinded Ammonium Nitrate helps kick the reaction off faster while the Un-Grinded Ammonium Nitrate helps keep the reaction rolling longer! So half and half makes for a good even cook I think!

Step # 9
Watch video on YouTube on how to remove Lithium from Energizer Ultimate Lithium Batteries. Once Lithium is out of battery it will oxidize quickly and turn green which is fine,but quickly tear Lithium into Medium pieces and ball them up and add to the Fuel.

Step # 10
Grind up your 1-4 boxes of 12 Hour Psuedophedrine pills until they are A really fine powder. After grinding add these to the mixture as well.

Step # 11
Part A
Pick up 24 oz bottle and find a spot you can dent in with your thumbs! This will be your SAFETY NET! This will help you determine when the bottle needs vented, if you can't push your thumbs in the safety net area **(VENT)** the bottle....

Part B
Close lid on bottle..... I do not add water in my method! Adding water makes Lithium unstable and dangerous. But I do shake and heat with a blow dryer. This is all you need to get the reaction kicked off just heat and shake until contents are good n warm. Venting the bottle from time to time but dont vent allllllooottttt! The less you vent the less amount of time it takes and the better it'll be.

Part C
After Shaking and Heating for 45 - 1 hour you should see the Lithium starting to Bronze or turn gold in areas that are not Green. Plus your Lithium should be starting to fall apart and after 45 mins - 1 1/2 hour you should have gold BBs floating on top your fuel. Use your phone flash light and you can see the tiny gold BBs. Once these BBs Occur and you only have half the Lithium you started with floating on top your fuel you should Heat your bottle with blow dryer and shake your trying to get the Lithium you have left to Dissolve or fall apart. Shake the bottle for another 30 minutes or so totaling out to 1 1/2 - 2 hours and you can even cook longer the longer the better.

Part D
Your Lithium will be Green & gold Green from Oxidation and Gold from the cook. Plus you will have a BUNCH of gold BBs Floating on top your Fuel. Set your bottle down open the lid and let everything settle. The cook is FINISHED!

Put a Cotton Ball in your funnel,Followed by 2 Coffee filters. Add some Hexane From the bottle of CRC QD into a Ziplock bag (THIS IS WERE YOUR LITHIUM IS GOING TO GO AFTER FILTERED OFF.) After filtering the Lithium and all other chemicals from the fuel put the filters with lithium into the bag with Hexane in it! Be sure theres enough to cover the lithium!

Filter the fuel A second Time you want your fuel to look like water.

Step # 1
Take 20 oz Soda bottle and cut hole in lid big enough to fit Aquarium Tubing in Hole TIGHTLY.

Step # 2
Add 1/3 Of A Cup Of Iodized Salt into 20 oz
Soda Bottle!

Step # 3
Add 3 Cap fills of Sulfuric Acid. AKA ( Cleanshot Drain Cleaner or Liquid Lightning)

Part B
After adding the Sulfuric Acid to your salt. Hydrochloric Gas will start forming in the bottle you want to stick the aquarium tube over top your fuel you just cooked that's inside the Mason Jar and squeeze the bottle so the gas comes out the Aquarium tube. (IF YOU COOKED THE BATCH CORRECTLY THE FUEL WILL GRAB THE GAS AND ITLL START SNOWING INSIDE YOUR FUEL.)

Part C
After it snows one time and the white powder settles to the bottom of the Mason jar,hit it with the gas again there should be plenty of gas in your gassing bottle. Then let it settle ! After hitting it twice!

Part D
Put a cotton ball and 2 Filters in your Large Funnel. Pour the fuel you just gassed twice into the funnel all of the white residue/Chunks in your filter is what this is for.

Part E
After filter the first time you can hit it with gas 2 or 3 more times but filter the fuel every time you gas it and you'll have white powder in your filters each time!

Part D
Take all filters with wet dope in them wrap them up so no dope can get out and hit each one with the blow dryer for 30 seconds on each filter.

Part E
Take a knife or Credit Card and scrape all white powder/Chunk off filters and put in tin foil because dope dont stick to tin foil.

Save the filters and soak them in water and strain water into jar you got your self a super energy drink.

I tried 6 times and always FAIL.
I have tried with naphtha (81% diethyl ether), xylene (99%) and I intend to try with IPA (Alcohol Isopropyl 98%) and I even plan to buy 99% hexane for a try.
But before doing so, I ask for help because I do not understand why the reaction does not start. I bought the naphta at a paint store, it has a strong petroleum smell and it looks like there is a little oil in it, the Surgical gloves I use melted on contact with NAPHTA

I use VARTA batteries as the source of lithium, NaOh 99%, H2SO4 98% + Nacl for the gassing.

All the products are stamped INDUSTRIAL GRADE except the ammonium sulfate which is the fertilizer that I recovered at a large agricultural store. I am fortunate to live in a country where there are no purchase restrictions on these solvents.

The pills used: HUMEX cold. 500 mg acetaminophen 60 mg PSE HCL
Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, povidone K30. No restriction on it, I buy my pills in the same pharmacy and I bought at least 40 boxes since I tried

I extracted the PSE: I dissolved it in methanol , siphon off the methanol, I let it evaporate on room temperature for 48 h and crystals formed. I boiled the crystals 3 times in toluene and threw in the dirty toluene, then I washed with acetone I let the PSE crystals dry for 12 hours.

The problem:

I use a 0.5 L bottle, roughly 2.4 -3 grm PSE, 90 grm NAOH, 90 grm Ammonium sulfate, 1lithium strip, 250 ml of naphta the first time, then 250 ml of xylene the 5 times, I put everything in the bottle and nothing happening, once I even put 2-3 drops of water and nothing. I shake for hours, I burp a little and always nothing. I burp because once the solvent boiled for a few seconds while I let go. I was surprised, I immediately closed then NOTHING. During the 6 tries I made, I was allowed only 2 seconds of low broth in the bottle.
One time I put the PSE at the beginning so as not to have to open the bottle, but NOTHING.
The last time I shake for hours trying to start the reaction but nothing and I left the bottle outside then I went to sleep. In the morning there was a very strong pressure in the bottle, the lithium half was colored silver (not bronze or golden), I did a little BURP then I shook and then immediately the lithium became golden, I shake, then golden glitter came out. I left the bottle outside for 3-4 hours of time. The bottle was under pressure again and almost all the lithium was gone, I only had 30-20% of the lithium left.
I was happy, but I think it's not normal that it took almost 24 hours to reduce the lithium to 20-30%.

I BURP then I left another 2 hours of time before recovering the xylene then gas.
The gassing goes well, at the first gassing there is a lot of smoke but little snow which forms in the jar. At second waste, little smoke but a lot of snow that forms. at this moment, we are happy to recover so much snow in the coffee filter.

I continue my nightmare: I therefore recover the product in the filter after the gassing, I wash with acetone, drying the cofee filter with the product and I smoke it and then SHIT !!! it tastes like crappy plastic, and a hard-to-clean black residue in my pipe. As if I just smoked a piece of plastic, always NO EFFECT.

My concern: I have never had a violent reaction in my bottle. BURP always smell AMMONIA !!! WHAT'S WRONG???

My next try: I'm not going to extract PSE anymore, I'm going to put the powder from my pills directly into my reaction bottle. I will do it with which solvent? Xylene and IPA I still have. But I can buy from hexane if hexane is better. I also intend to crush the AS before putting it in the R.V.

Solvents and alcohols are guaranteed PURE and INDUSTRIAL GRADE. . Ammonium Nitrate cannot be found here. The last COLD PACK I found no longer exists because the pharmacy is out of stock. In addition the coldpack is expensive (~ 20 USD for 80 grm compared to A.S. ~ 10 USD for 25 KG).

I used lab grade MgSO4 anhydrous to dry solvent, there is no epsom salt in my country. ( ~25 USD 500 GRM)

Advice for those who want to try:
1- It was after trying that I noticed that the smoke that forms during gassing does not depend on the amount of NaCl and Acid you use. IN fact, even if you put the maximum NaCl and H2SO4 in your bottle for gassing, if there is no more product in the solvent then do not expect not to have as much smoke as during the first gassing. Just give your jar a big gas (or in the ziplock bag) then close your jar even if you can only see a little smoke.
2-if you are going to use the pipe cutter to collect the lithium strip, avoid cutting in the middle of the battery. Instead, use the pipe cutter at the top of the battery, as top as you can. Then after removing the top of the battery, you just have to peel like a banana. This is to avoid tearing the plastic film that wraps the lithium. One time, I had to use 5 liters of naphta to recover the lithium because I opened my battery in the middle and it tore the plastic film that protects the lithium. the bottom part of the battery refused to come out because it was stuck.I wasted 4 hours of time doing the manipulation in a bucket filled with naphtha

EXTRACTION OF PSEUDOEPHEDRINE

Materials required:
OTC pseudoephedrine tablets
Hotplate
Fan
Pyrex evaporation dish
Funnels, cotton balls, coffee filters
Stirring rod
Non-polar solvent of choice
Mineral turps
Acetone
Alcohol of choice (methanol, ethanol, etc.)
Beakers or collection jars.

Abstract of Procedure:
Turps soak
Non-polar solvent boils until clean
Acetone boils until clean
Dry
Extract 3x with alcohol of choice
Evaporate to near dry, acetone flash
Recrystallize

Statement of Procedure:

1) Grind pills thoroughly. Soak for twelve hours in mineral turpentine. Alternatively soak for twelve hours in odorless mineral spirits, toluene, or xylene. Decant, discard solvent.

2) Transfer pill mass to suitable shallow bowl or evaporation dish.

3) Cover to twice its depth in non-polar solvent of choice (recommended solvent: mineral spirits). Place on heating element in a location with adequate ventilation with a fan blowing across the top of the container. Heat slowly with continuous stirring until the solvent reaches a gentle boil; adjust heat to maintain a gentle boil, with constant stirring, for five minutes. Remove from heat. Decant solvent. Use “panning” motion to separate as much solvent as possible while retaining pill mass. Alternatively, filter the solvent and pill mass through three coffee filters; retain pill mass, return to dish. Examine filtered solvent. It should be cloudy.

4) Repeat mineral spirits boils until the mineral spirits are clear when decanted. Test the clear, decanted mineral spirits by adding water; if anything precipitates out with the addition of water, repeat mineral spirits boil until the solvent is clean when decanted. Expect three boils to be necessary; dirtier pills or poor technique may require additional boils.

5) Cover the pill mass with three times its volume of dry acetone. Slowly bring to a gentle boil, with constant stirring. Boil for five minutes, allow to settle, decant. Continue with acetone boils until the decanted acetone is clean. Test for contaminants by adding water to decanted acetone and observing whether adulterants precipitate out. If so, continue acetone boils until acetone until it decants clear without adulterant precipitating with the addition of water. Expect three boils to be sufficient, depending on pill content and operator technique.

6) Allow pill mass to dry thoroughly.

7) Transfer pill mass to beaker or glass container of sufficient size to allow the addition of at least three times the pill mass’ volume of alcohol of choice. MeOH and/or denatured alcohol are recommended alcohol's. EtOH may be used if dried. Isopropyl alcohol may be used if dried. Allow pill mass to soak with agitation or stirring for twenty minutes.

8) Prepare a funnel by placing cotton balls in the neck of the funnel and fitting the funnel with three coffee filters. Decant alcohol from pill mass through three coffee filters and allow to drain into a clean glass container.

9) Return pill mass to beaker and repeat step 6, except the time for soaking should be reduced to ten minutes. Decant as before.

10) Soak pill mass a third time as in step 6, except decant after five minutes. (Save pill mass until final yield is determined to be satisfactory).

11) Place collected alcohol in evaporating dish and evaporate over very low heat, with a fan or hair dryer blowing across the surface until almost completely evaporated. Flood with dried acetone. Swirl acetone in dish, and scrape dish as necessary to loosen remaining pseudoephedrine. Decant acetone (or filter through three coffee filters.) Allow to dry.

12) Heat dried ISO alcohol to boiling. Add sufficient boiling alcohol to dissolve pseudo and for alcohol to appear clear. Filter through three coffee filters. If alcohol solution remains cloudy, filter through three coffee filters and Charmin plug. Rinse filters with small amount of fresh alcohol. Reduce volume of alcohol in evaporation dish at until first signs of crystal formation appear. Add just enough alcohol by drops to dissolve surface skin, add equal volume of dry acetone, cover with air tight lid or saran wrap, place in refrigerator.

13) Allow crystals to form; decant liquid and quickly rinse crystals with dry acetone. Add rinse acetone to remaining liquid and evaporate down to saturated alcohol, add acetone, and allow crystals to form again. Rinse these.

14) Combine crystals. Re-dissolve in boiling alcohol and repeat crystallization. Harvest final crystals.
