I wouldn't pop more than 3,500mg of Tylenol at a time. As long as your under that, your fine. If you plan on doing high amounts of Tylenol for multiple days in a row, then I would do the cwe. If you do cwe, make sure to have some mix in, like crystal lighte, kool-aid, or gatorade.
