INTRO- What Is DMT?
DMT is N,N,Dimethyltriptamine. It’s an extremely potent hallucinogen that is found in ALL living creatures. After all, it’s the very same chemical that causes your dreams. Some commonly mistake that this drug simply puts you to sleep. This is remarkably off however, as you do dream, but you have FULL consciousness. In fact, many say you are on a higher consciousness with DMT. It’s found in the South American drink Ayahuasca, a drink made from P. Caapi vine (a natural MAOI) and a number of different DMT containing plants. Shamans use it to communicate with ancestors, spirits, deities, and themselves.
What Kind Of Trip Are We Talking?
This is based on my personal experience with DMT. The first few times I took DMT, I would feel a GREAT sense of peace, and when I closed my eyes, I saw a kaleidoscope. Then one night I took a bit bigger dose, and found myself in a green/white checkerboard room. As I figured out how to “navigate” the room, everything turned to pitch black, and this alien thing in robes with a glowing DJ mixing table tried to communicate with me by adjusting the crossfader. This is where my obsession with DMT sparked, as this was the single most amazing experience of my life.
But the more I tried DMT, the more I realized it’s ALWAYS a vastly different experience. Sometimes your eyes close and you visit this amazing world. Sometimes you can’t get your eyes to close while EVERY object around you forms patterns in a 500ft square stacking on top of each other while your brain absorbs every detail and texture at one time. In a nutshell, if you want to see what the human mind is truly capable of, try DMT. Now then, on to the recipe!
How to make DMT- Based on the Lazyman DMT Tek
Ok, this method is REALLY simple and has a damn good yield. Here is what you will need… THESE SUPPLIES ARE NON SUBSTITUTABLE. Yes, it may be possible to get the same result with substitutes, but these are KNOWN to work, and work well, and aren’t really hard to find.
-Powdered Mimosa Root Bark: You can find this all over the internet, typically 1/2lb is about $50 (unless you buy on ebay, much cheaper there, but I hate ebay). This is the DMT containing plant, and has VERY little plant fat, thus no need for defatting (Honestly)
-NaOH (Lye… Yes, pure lye. Ace hardware is a good place in the states to find this and other ingredients)
-Naptha- VM&P Naptha from Ace hardware work wonderfully and is very inexpensive. Ronosol no longer works, as they put other shit in it, just like Zippo fluid now.
-Large mixing Bowl(Stainless Steel or Glass)
-Distilled Water. Typically a couple bucks a gallon in the baby aisle.
-A Pipette (or an air tight turkey baster… Many use turkey basters, they just don’t work for shit for me)
-A small glass dish with a lid. GLASS. Approximately a cup
-A VERY cold freezer. The colder, the higher the yield.
-Cheap Electric Mixer
Process:
1- Pour 2 Liters(8 cups) of water into mixing bowl with 200g(13 tablespoons) of NaOH
2- Pour in powdered mimosa root and stir until it’s a THIN soup with no chunks.
3- Wait half an hour to an hour for the mimosa to break down.
4- Pour 400mL(1 1/2 cups) of Naptha into the mimosa soup, and mix for half an hour. Yes, mix for half an hour. You will thank me later.
5- Let sit for an hour or two until you notice the naptha rising to the top and forming an emulsion. Using the pipette, take naptha from the bowl into the small glass jar with a lid. You can do this multiple times, so don’t be afraid to absorb it early. Once you get at least a few tablespoons of naptha, put the lid on the jar and put it in the freezer.
6- After a couple hours, you should notice the DMT crystals on the bottom of the jar. If the naptha seems cloudy, let it sit in the freezer longer. Then, pour cup into coffee filter into another cup. Once the final bit of naptha evaporates from the glass, you will see the payload.
7- Repeat 4-6 a total of 3 times. Each pull will get less DMT, and they will be less pure.
8- Now what to do with the glass of leftover naptha. It’s not 100% drained of DMT. I take a 100W light bulb in a desk lamp and set it over the glass until half the naptha evaporates, freeze, filter, repeat until there is just a little left, then just evap the naptha for the remaining DMT.
How to smoke it
Smoking DMT is a bit different than weed. First off, you may look into making a DMT pipe on google. Glass pipes can pretty much be used as is, metal screen pipes are kinda a bitch.
Dosages:
10-25mg – Weak Dose
25-50mg – Medium Dose
50-70mg – Strong Dose
Or, for those of us without a good scale, crush your crystals a bit (chop them a little) and do:
Asprin Tablet(500mg) Sized Pile – Strong Dose
Half that- Medium Dose.
Half of THAT- Weak Dose
No, these amounts aren’t perfect. In fact, I could be WAY off. But these are the effects as I found them via Trial and Error. Just remember, aspirin tablets are compressed, so you aren’t really taking 500mg.
After deciding your dose, put into bowl. WARNING- THIS WILL TASTE LIKE UTTER AND COMPLETE SHIT! AFTER USING A FEW TIMES IT STARTS BEING JUST ANOTHER TASTE, BUT IT’S AWFUL UNTIL THEN!
First hit- Flame should just tickle the DMT. You want to melt it and vaporize it, NOT burn it. Hold for 10 seconds, exhale. Your heart rate will increase, as DMT starts taking effect within 6 seconds. IN THE NEXT BREATH:
Second Hit. This time, don’t be afraid to take a little more of a direct hit. Let the flame touch it, it’s fine, just don’t torch the shit. Hold for 10 seconds, exhale, and again, IN THE NEXT BREATH:
Third hit. This is the magical hit. You probably already feel that something is changing in your head by now, in fact, you may already be getting pretty fucked up. But this hit separates a good time from a life changing experience. Be a man on this hit. Torch the shit and hit it HARD. This will be your only shot at the last hit. Hold it while you can, but you are most likely by this time as coherent as a schizophrenic vegetable. Close your eyes and go on an amazing journey, or keep them open and see the entire world like you have never seen it before, either way you go it just might change your life. Your pupils may dilate (Mine get sucked into the back of my eye) so make sure to stay around people that are coo. After 20 minutes of real time, the DMT should have worn off (This may feel like years… if you choose, yes, I mean literally years). If you start seeing things that scare you, either shrug it off and enjoy, or open your eyes. It’s that easy. On higher doses, you have full control, but you can still get overwhelmed with a LOT of information at once. A few days ago I sat in the woods for 10 minutes crying with the giant smile on my face because I was seeing the world in 10x optical zoom with NO cropping… as in, zoomed in further, but not losing or distorting the image. A higher resolution if you will.
FAQs

Oh god, can you make it taste better?
No. You don’t want to ruin the chemistry, and you have to sacrifice for such an amazing journey.
What if I get a bad trip?
The cool thing about DMT is you can change your trip or just stop tripping at any point UNLESS on extremely high doses. Even then, I have NEVER had a bad trip on DMT, and I have tried HARD to have one (for science!). I often draw the creatures I see there, and they may look scary as fuck, but you are oddly comforted while you see them. I attribute this to DMT naturally putting you in “I’M SO FUCKING HAPPY” mode.
Can I try some XXX with it?
NO! This is just stupid. Here are some mixtures and how they end:
Alcohol- Great trip, until you pass out. And you don’t remember any of it.
Weed- Eh, sorta. You get less control of your mind, but it’s a HELL of a high
LSD- Redundant, your mind would probably just stop working…
Coke/Speed- Ever seen an ADD kid remember what he was thinking about 5 minutes ago? Me either.
However, You can mix it with some Syrian Rue or some other MAOI for the effect to last longer than 20 minutes.
Why don’t you sell this stuff?
DMT is very rare on the streets, and because of that, sells for some major cash. 70mg can sell for up to $30, and when a pound of mimosa ($100) can make 7.5G, that is some serious bank. But I refuse to sell it. I can’t charge people to visit a world that I do not own, and seriously, DMT is a whole other universe.
Is sex any good on DMT?
Fucking amazing, but you may wanna eat a mint first, your breath might ruin her fun.
