okay, it doesn't get much simpler than this so listen up.
1) find any water tight container that i recomend hold at least one cup of fluid. If the container has an open top, good.
2) fill it partially with water or similar liquid (water is free).
3) place this container, now with water in it, inside your freezer (careful not to spill).
4) let it stay in there overnight (or longer).
5) take it out and seperate the now solidified water, or "ice" from it's container. this can sometimes be tricky, let it thaw for a minute and then smack it til the ice falls out but don't hit it too hard or you will break it and have to start over.
6) get this tool to the location you intend to break into as quickly as possible before it melts.
7) throw it in the general direction of the window and unless you didn't use enough water, or your aim really sucks, the window will break.
8) enter the building through the window.
Congratulations! you have just broken into a building without using any tools that will have your finger prints on them!
