I thought you might find it worth noting that breaking into many hard to break into safes and such things is much more easily done with thermite. Thermite can be made with iron oxide and alluminum filings, but a very good, high yield, thermite can be securely purchased at unitednuclear.com. Thermite cannot be ignited by any normal heat sources. It requires a magnesium ribbon, which can also be purchased at unitednuclear. Thermite burns at an incredibly high temp. It can easily burn through most solid safes and vaults. There are also tons of other neat pyrotecnic ingredients that can be assembled by anyone with any understanding of things that go BOOM.
