Grocery Stores: Coupon Scam

Well, this ain't really a scam but more of a "method" of shopping SMART using coupons and coupons for shit you don't even buy.
I'm 28 years old, father of 3 kids and I while scraping by check to check.. it's always nice to find an edge to save a few bucks here and there and using coupons at the grocery store is a great way to do it.
STEP 1:
Gather a shit load of coupons. The sunday paper is GREAT for this of course. Also try to get two or three of the SAME coupon.
STEP 2:
Buy a lot of groceries. (the more you buy, the greater the chance this scam will work). Make sure you buy 10 (the more the better) or so items that you have coupons for (especially) the items you have duplicate coupons for.
STEP 3:
Gather your 10+ coupons for the 10 items you had coupons for, toss in a few other coupons that are "similar" to the items you bought BUT NOT actually anything you have in your cart, and stack them in a neat organized pile.
STEP 4:(THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP!!)
Pick out the idiot young blond checkout girl or pot smoking home boy wanna be and get in their line, in other words PICK OUT THE SUCKER. This is ESSENTIAL in getting this to work because if you go to some old hag, or some bitter middle aged skank they'll catch on.
.. Make sure you have a lot of groceries now.. preferably a heaping cart full and make sure you get lots of different things.
STEP 5:
Now.. after she (or he's) done checking you out, give them your stack of organized coupons and your good to go. 90% of the time they'll swipe them all thru and will barely give a 2nd look at what the coupon is actually for- you just saved yourself 10-15 bucks.
If by chance they do catch on and say.. hey.. you didn't get this (which will happen) just say.. "oops, sorry about that".
Small scam I know... but there's nothing illegal about it, and hey.. an extra 30-40 bucks a month ain't bad.
