:::: Change of Address ::::
---------------------------
This is a simple way to really fuck somebody over. First, go to your
local post office. There should be several bins with forms in them. Find
the change of address form. All you have to do is fill it out for your
victim. Also, you can make a temporary change of address. This is very
usefull if you want to intercept somebodys mail. Change their address to yours for about a week. Y forward the mail you want to your victim or keep all
of it. Just keep looking for the piece(s) that you need to intercept.
*** Remember that this is a federal offense, and you will have to forge the
victims name. Any signature will work, so don't worry if it doesn't look like your victims!
:::: Free Mail Part 1 ::::

You can recieve free mail by putting your address as the destination
and the other address as the return. Simply mail the letter with no postage.
The letter will be returned to the place you originally wanted it to go.
Sometimes the post office will mail the letter anyway. Which means you will recieve your own letterwe postage on it! All you have to do, is take the
letter to the post office and say that they do not want to pay for it. It
will go to the sender (which is really where you wanted it to go in the first
place).
:::: Free Mail Part 2 ::::

You can mail anything for free by covering the stamps with scotch tape.
But, whomever gets the letter will have the free stamps! So, make it somebody
that you trust and/or communicate with frequently. You could both you the
same stap forever! The best thing to do is to tear the stamp in half and tape
it together. Then, when you put the stamp on the letter, tape it to the
envelope in the opposite direction as you "repaired" it. EX: Tape the stamp
with the tape running horizontal, but when you affix it to the letter, tape
is vertically or vice-versa.
:::: Free Mail Part 3 ::::
--------------------------
Simply place your stamp 1 and 1/2 inches lower than normal. the postmark
will miss the stamp. You then can remove the stamp for removal. I recommed
you cut or tear it off and use method two from here on out. Again, the person
who recieves this will get the free postage.
**** Note: Anything involving fraud with the U.S. postal system is a federal
Crime! <- Big Deal! But that is the way it goes!
