FINANCING FRAUD: DOES YOUR INSURANCE PREMIUM SUPPORT MURDER?

Liability insurance premiums are inflated by a well organized money laundering and fraud operation in the United States. Genuine severe personal injuries and deaths are the basis for the claims. The actual injuries provide credibility and cover for the operation. The fraudulent claims are used as justification for higher insurance premiums.

One man has attempted to expose this enterprise. He has paid with his license to practice law, his identity and possibly his life. One article, ?Three Grooms and a Bride?, is an interview with former Texas Assistant Attorney General Eric Moebius. Eric is now disbarred, and cannot be located. The article can be found at :

Eric Moebius describes a blatant case of murder for the money laundering scheme. Hernandez Garcia was killed by a construction company pickup truck driver. The driver backed into position and intentionally drove over the child, crushing his skull. Instead of investigating the case as a possible homicide, it was treated as a negligent accident. The company pickup was over-insured for ten times the industry standard for maximum liability!

Corrupt government and law enforcement are very much involved. The construction company pickup was insured for $19 million! The huge amount of money involved can buy almost anyone?s cooperation.

This writer is personally familiar with another technique of the money laundering operation. This writer knows someone who was subjected to coercion to commit suicide in a staged accident. Every aspect of the person?s life was manipulated to make it appear that death was the only option. This person escaped several staged fatal accident attempts involving corporation owned vehicles.

This person reported to me that the staged accident attempts appeared to require some act of will on her part. The events appeared to be scripted, like a movie. One planned accident was staged in the center of focus of a security camera. The films can probably be sold in the snuff movie industry. Legal pornography is a $50 billion per year industry, worldwide. There is no known figure for the extent of the snuff movie industry.

My friend did not cooperate with the scripted fatal ?accidents?, and survived. So, the perpetrators offered her the alternative of an accident involving severe personal injury. She was told of another case of an individual who became a paraplegic in a planned accident involving a construction company pickup. This alternative was offered as a means of escape from the harassment and coercion she was experiencing. She declined the offer.

Liability insurance rates are based upon the claims history of the insurance carriers. These fraudulent claims are a means to send millions of premium dollars in insurance funds to corrupt attorneys, tax free. The money is then redistributed to the participants in the scheme. This bilks the honest customer.

The honest payer of a liability insurance premium, for business or automobile coverage, is being forced to assist in financing this human carnage! The perpetrators are more discreet than they were in 1989, when Hernandez Garcia was murdered. The "accidents" look more like accidents. But, the carnage continues.
