Flight 800, the FBI and the Author's Response

Things began to get desprrate for FBI the third week of Feb, in their attempt to supresss the search for Flight 800 truth by freindly fire proponents. In an unprecedented move, they sent teams of pairs of agents to several cities to "interview" select of us who have been active on Internet making a case for freiendly fire out of FBI's own information and other available evidence. Their first move was to intimidate and threaten one member so badly that he has broken off all communications with the others and ceased all such activity. It is believed, based on the sum total of other information, that he was threatened with arrest for aiding and abetting foreign terrorists, or acting as an unregistered agent for a foreign power. An amazing matter with tremendous and serious implications against government in its own right.

But myself and one other person were located in Portland, Oregon, where two agents did indeed arrive and make urgent demands of Marshal Houston to speak. While I was more perhipheral (mostly focusing on attacks by disinformationalists), I felt that it was perhaps only a matter of time before the second shoe dropped -- in my direction. Below find the first frantic message to me warning of this matter, followed by my response, a response I felt we should all adopt as a means of insuring that we were not silenced. I was extremely concerned that FBI might even seek to sieze our resources in order to silence us. Indeed, within days of this, yet another FBI team raided and siezed material from yet another of our group whom had been working inependantly of the Internet on behalf of the Riverside Press-Enterprise newspaper, where the ONLY mainstream press for truth has been apparant. This raid against Captain Richard Russell, and the siezure of his radar tapes, forced the matter more directly into the mainstream media -- and resulted in FBI disinformation and lies as a counter move. The whole affair further legitimized the move taken by this author, as detailed below in my public Press Release, following the initial email to me. Tom Shomaker was called and interviewed by the FBI shortly after. Their line of questioning was, well, not good, indicating possible frame-up job possibly in-line with the heavy DISOP being initiated against us by the Intelligyst Group. Tom said they asked many questions about me. Not long afterwards Tom said he needs to break contact with me. Now I just got this message from Marshall Houston to Richard and myself (please save this but keep it confidential for the moment):

Gentlemen:

Today was my long day, deadlines at work, later with night classes, was interrupted by an woman on the phone with an authoritive voice. She said that she was with the FBI and that they wished to come to my home and speak with me on the evening of Friday Feb. 21, tomorrow. I was concerned about the short notice. I asked if she could meet somewhere else. She was firm. I asked if she could meet at work. She said that would be fine. I don't want to bother my poor parents. On the other hand meeting at work could be problematic too. I spoke with my attorney this evening and he is recommending someone that I will talk to tomorrow. Hopefully we could meet in a better more neutral place. The woman was not very kind, her name was Jennifer Leonard at 212-384-8281. She knew my E-Mail address and other particulars. I wonder why they are coming thousands of miles to Portland to talk to someone like me. She said that she was going to speak to me about my "Internet activities". As far as I know, I haven't done anything wrong. I am just baffled at why the short notice and the insistance upon home or work as a meeting place, if they just wanted to have a kind word with me.

The following document is written only because the Federal Government appears ready to spring an unknown level of attack on proponents of friendly fire with respect to the tragic cause of flight 800. That the case for such a cause has been increased in strength in recent months has resulted in unprecedented Draconian response which seems driven by very highly placed forces. The forces would seem to involve the intelligence community in the form of the ONI, FBI, CIA, NSA, and FEMA, the later apparently providing guidance and being brought into the matter in a way which suggest government indeed fears a public outcry of significant proportions if the truth be known. It must therefore be presumed that the President of the United States has secretly ordered Flight 800 and related matters as a National Emergency, a step perhaps additionally felt wise as result of the public outcry at the release of .

Further, it seems clear that a certain American citizen (whom I and others have named elsewhere and who claims to have intelligence ties) has, from the beginning, in an apparent attempt to stage on behalf of government for a possible accusation of terrorist missile attack, accused those researching flight 800 and developing the friendly fire theory as being Iranian terrorist supporters. This ploy developed within hours of the downing of flight 800 when an English correspondent supposedly posted the first known postulation of friendly fire. Recall that it was England which also first reported that American CIA satellites recorded what appeared to be a missile strike. This reporter was subsequently accused of being an Iranian spy by this American citizen. That same citizen has since, by innuendo, linked anyone who opposed his own Iranian terrorist theories with this same English party, implying that anyone who did not believe it was Iranian terrorists was likely a supporter thereof. This same American citizen has since silenced his own postulations in synchronous manner with a series of lightening events:

1) Dispatch of pairs of FBI agents to several Usenet posters promoting friendly fire. Intimidations to suppress comments and break communications with colleagues were successful. Others have stood their ground and asserted their rights, forcing FBI to work through lawyers for interviews.

2) Staging of mainstream media stories critical of Pierre Salinger as preemptive to an expected reintroduction of his friendly fire material with renewed and more revealing information via European press.

3) A Sixty Minutes news hatchet job focusing on how unreliable the Internet is as an information source because Web sites could present any postulation without citing verifiable references was aired. I say hatchet job because they choose for their example Ian Goddard's Web page which focused on the flight 800 matter with specific textual content easily read. These stalwarts of the truth then proceeded to talk about how terrible the phenomenon was and "Why can't these people be stopped?" What Sixty Minutes deliberately ignored is that everything on Ian's page was fully backed up with cites from mainstream media, and the specific text focused upon itself had three such references. Anyone can easily verify it for themselves to see the liars and frauds that Sixty Minutes really are,and how they play the role of, at the very best, disinfo artist on behalf of government, and at the worst, co- conspirator in the cover up of mass murder. But this wouldn't be the first time -- a matter to be eagerly discussed in another venue.

4) The following day, a national media acknowledgement by FBI of the friendly fire activity on Internet (with expected refutal) and the briefest possible mention of the story being broken in detail by the Riverside Enterprise-Press, a major Southern California paper. This article involved advanced work and details by acknowledged investigative writers and professional reporters whom had obtained supportive information not available to those on the news groups. This included radar tapes which reported facts contrary to official FBI findings. Find it at <http://www.pe.net/twa800/> complete with radar images.

5) Immediately that same evening, FBI confronted the primary investigator, Dick Russell, and confiscated said tapes after making strong threats. CNN reportedly advised that FBI would be making arrests in the matter, but no one knows the nature of criminal charge.

6) Simultaneously, almost, "former" CIA proprietary, Reuters wire service, announced the FBI confrontation and confiscation, being very careful to avoid mentioning the newspaper by name or community, making it difficult for citizens interested in the he truth to seek it out. In this framework, I am advising all proponents of friendly fire to follow my lead in preparation for a fascist-like (last time I'm aware of government trying to arrest and shut down political writers and investigative journalists was 1942 Nazi Germany) assault on private materials relating to this or any other activist matters. For this author, for instance, there is material critical of CIA and the intelligence community in general, of the Clinton Administration, and materials on many so-called suicides and accidents which likely bear closer inspection.

This POST is a public disclosure of these events and public notice that I am taking the following actions. Consider it a Press Release in terms of impact and intention. The more noise we can make, the more people will realize how frightened the government is of them and their opinions -- and of the truth. I close this introduction with the introductory paragraph from my book, Fatal Rebirth:

Truth cannot live on a diet of secrets, withering within entangled lies. Freedom cannot live on a diet of lies, surrendering to the veil of oppression. The human spirit cannot live on a diet of oppression, becoming subservient in the end to the will of evil. God, as truth incarnate, will not long let stand a world devoted to such evil. Therefore, let us have the truth and freedom our spirits require... or let us die seeking these things, for without them, we shall surely and justly perish in an evil world.

The next paragraph begins... "Now we have a dark Shadow across the land..."

Shadow is the secret government, the one that does not need obey the laws it writes and polices, the one that sends FBI out in the night so that you won't get to hear the truth of their crimes.

The following material is being sent via email and U.S. mail to the appropriate parties as an insurance. All electronic and recorded media has been duplicated and distributed to safe keeping in a way that insures no information will be lost by government attempts to suppress the truth.

This document, whether by email or in written form, constitutes my full written permission for the parties specified herein to reproduce by any and all means available any materials such as creative works, notes, or files specified herein if and upon any situation where upon I myself am incarcerated, incapacitated, deceased, or reported as missing by a loved one. This is an equivalent transfer of copyright holder privileges according to the terms and conditions as set forth herein.
