Fun with Nutmeg

Let's start from the beginning. I'm a guy with a lot of free times on his hands and get bored a lot. I'm not a stoner but I am open-minded about psychoactive substances, and so it is on a very very boring monday afternoon that I happened to come across a few articles on this site that gave me an idea of what to do with my time that day.
I went to my neighborhood grocery store and picked up a small bottle of ground nutmeg. The articles usually say to get the whole nutmegs but I'm a kid on a budget and I didnt even pay for the stuff I DID get, if 'ya know what I mean. Anyway, I get home and try smoking the stuff, it didn't work at all. It probably would have if I could get the smoke down, but it was really killing me since I don't smoke normally. Although I doubt an experienced smoker could even keep it up for long.
My next plan of action was just eating the nutmeg straight up. This didn't do anything at all, and I was about to throw the bottle away when I had somewhat of a brainstorm and decided to mix it with water. I'm not exactly sure what the porportions were, but I also decided to let it sit overnight to allow watever in the nutmeg to kinda come out and dissolve in the water. I then went to sleep, and waited until after school the next day to try my concoction.
The next afternoon, I looked at the jar. The nutmeg had settled to the bottom but had turned the water a brownish color. It had a smell reminicent of egg nog(because of the nutmeg IN egg nog, duh!) and looked like mud in a jar from a distance.
Next I stirred the nutmeg up to sort of suspend it in the water(it will never completely dissolve) and drank it. Some people have done this and say it is not really bad tasting, just STRONG. I happen to beleive it tastes HORRIBLE AND STRONG. I gagged a few times trying to choke it down, but I eventually got it all in and began to wait.
It took a LONG time for anything to happen, about 5 hours. The effects I were feeling were probably modified by the fact that I was kinda tired but, then, I really dont care, do you? Anyway I began to feel a little dizzy, not so much that I was out of control or scared, but I could definitely tell it was having an effect. The effects intensified but not too fast or anything, just enough that it was noticeable. Later I felt lightheaded and kind of like I had just lost all will to do anything, but all my stress too. Great feeling.
I went to sleep still feeling the effects annd woke up feeling completely normal. I'm going to try this again with more nutmeg and i'll wirte about it again and give measurements. It's great if your just bored with nothing to do but if you're a person who wantsto get FUCKING HIGH it's probably not for you.
