I had been studying nutmeg for some time now and I've seen the mixed reviews about it...Some despised it, some worshiped it. I, on the other hand was not so crazy about it.

I went down to the grocery store and bought some whole nutmeg...cant remember which brand though.

At my house I ground up about five whole nutmeg and made it into a fine powder. Then, since it was way too much for me to eat raw, I put it in a glass of water and gulped it down with a glass of milk. I have to admit, I really dont think it tasted that bad, I mean it tasted bad but not the horrible taste people describe it to be.

It was before school and still nothing...So I decided to take some more. Only about 2 tablespoons of the stuff freshly grounded.

I started getting very sedated and tired. Everything seemed to be just a bit off--including me. My eyes were getting really red acording to my peers. My eyelids were halfway closed and everything seemed to be a little shakey. Everything seemed to trail just a little bit as I looked around. I started laughing practically at anything. Life was good.

I had a mild stomache and head ache, though nothing to bad...The worst thing I felt was my heart pumping fast and it felt like my body was being torn apart, similar to what I felt like when I overdosed on weed (not fun). I felt nauseous. The next few days I felt still a bit tired from my expierience but nothing too bad.

In conclusion: The high was great and everything but the effects were hard to cope with. Its not something I'de recommend for daily use for it can cause fatty spots on your liver and too much can cause liver failure. Also it'll most likely get you sick to your stomache. But what the hell do I know as I understand its different for everyone so I would recommend trying it at least once and see how you like it. Good Luck!
