Although potency will vary between cacti, an average estimate from an expereinced user (me) would suggest that
100 grams of dry cactus yields about 300 milligrams pure mescaline
As 1 ounce of fresh cactus equals around 2 tablespoons of dried granules, and an ounce is 31 grams, six tablespoons should produce a mindblowing, lock your doors kind of trip.
Inexperinced users should use considerably less, between 45 and 70 grams, experienced users I would advise between 96 to 120 grams.
