: Part 5.
: People perform rituals because it gives them a sort of framework to
: build upon. There is a set
: order that must be followed that ensures everything is done properly
: everytime. It becomes
: something familier after a while. Certain parts are looked forward to. You
: can count on the given
: ritual outcome as you would breathing. There is also a sense of
: justification in simply following a
: certain set order time after time after time. It was no small wonder to me
: then that my

: of it. I got out of the tepid water and pulled the plug, beginning the

: I watched as the water made a small whirlpool atop the drain. A small

: rushing bathwater as it swirled into the darkness, carrying with it my

: "You've got to put a little of this on." Pattie stated handing me a
: small bottle of perfume. I
: looked at the label. "Satin Lace." Pattie wrapped the towel around her
: head and began to towel
: my hair off as I bent down to read the labels on the other bottles of
: perfume on the vanity.
: "I guess they want us to smell good before they fuck us?" I asked in

: and the whole thing will
