Dear M,
I'll do my best to describe to you the scene we chatted about. Not one
who want's to "top from the bottom", I ask you to use this as a
starting point for a scene that you want to put together. (Feel free
to add and delete to your liking!)
What I have tried to do here is to divide the scenario into a series of
movements, which might correspond to different music, costumes,
rythmns, etc. You might find it helpful to separate the movements by
periods of waiting, anticipation, rest, teasing, dialogue, or other fun
stuff. The idea is to create a pace that is not tiring for you, nor
boring, with a constant build up of electricity and suspense. I've
never written up something this detailed and elaborate, so I hope it
makes sense, and seems do-able.
In the scene, S stands for Slave, and M stands for Mistress. As for
the actual end of the scene - be it your gratification, mine, or just a
great deal of warmth, that is your choice. Indeed, it may be best to
leave it open, so that at the time you can pick the end that feels
right. I hope you find all of this interesting, and something you
might enjoy working with in a creative drama.

Feathers, fun fur, ice, Heet (or other muscle relaxant that warms on
contact), Plumber's candles, clothes pins, old nylons, nipple clamps,
seven gates o'hell, paddles, slappers, crops, whips, belts, gag,
blindfold, bubble bath, massage oil, belly dancer outfits/music/props,
fish weights... IMAGINATION!

Movement I - The Capture
S is lying in a tub of hot water. The water is soften by bubbles, and
possibly bath oil. All is quiet. The apartment door is unlocked. The
shower curtain is drawn, so that S cannot see anything that is about to
transpire. Suddenly, S again hears footsteps outside of the
apartment. This time, the steps keep geting louder, as an unseen M
approaches.
M walks up the steps of the apartment, and enters. M tells S that he
is now under her power. He will not leave the tub, which is now the
pit of captivity.
M now enters the bathroom, with a blindfold in hand. She extends it to
S, and orders him to put it on, and prepare for her torments. M then
puts a suspense-filled piece of music on the stereo, and prepares for
the scene. Old nylons are attached to the bedframe for tieing down S.
All the equipment needed for the various movements is laid out so that
it can be picked up by M as needed. A copy of the scene outline is
within easy reach in case it is needed.
M changes into the first dominance/belly dance costume. (M may change
for each scene, change a few accessories, or not at all depending on
her enjoyment of this process.) M then enters the bathroom again, to
begin the capture. She orders S to arise out of the tub, dry off
fully, and get on his knees. Throughout this process, S is
blindfolded.
When S is dry, M leads him to the bedroom, ties him down securely and
gags him. A cord is tightly wound about S's cock and balls to prevent
him from dripping too much. M asks S if he is now prepared to suffer
many torments for the priveledge of viewing his tormentress. S agrees,
and the blindfold is lifted.
Movement II - The Torture of Teasing
M begins her first dance. As S twists against the tight bindings, he
is teased by an occasional carress with a feather, or the fun fur. M
comes close to S, keeping him close to the edge, but does very little
to him. S begs for more contact, to no avail. As the dance approaches
its end, M asks S if he will take any contact M wishes to make. S
agrees. M then tells S to prepare for Movement III.
Movement III - The Torture of Tickling
S is now kept tied hand and foot, but not to the bed. This allows M
access to all areas for ticke torture. M may combine the tickle with
more dance - a minute of seductive dance, followed by a minute of ticke
torture, etc. By the time this movement approaches its close, M warns
S that the movements that follow will be even more painful. S promises
to endure all forms of pain for M.
Movement IV - Clamps and Pins
S is again bound, but this time S must stand. His arms and legs are
spread out. As M begins her dance, tight clamps are placed on S's
nipples. The dance continues, with clothes pins and clamps attached to
much of S's body. A particularly large number of pins are placed
around his scrotom. This torture is then built up through the addition
of lead fishing weights to the clamps. Towards the end of this dance
(which is rather long, allowing the clamped area to grow numb), or in
the beginning of the next, the clamps are removed, with the pain of
blood flowing back to the clamped areas very much in evidence.
Movement V - Fire and Ice
A pair of sexy lady's (M's??) panties are now placed on S. These
panties will be used to hold the ice that will be placed in them, and
through them will flow the hot wax that torments S. Heet is spread
throughout S's body, causing it to grow very warm. The ice is placed
in various strategic places, and the dance of Fire and ice begins. M
lights candles around S's body, and then, as she dances, she pauses for
periods to drip hot wax on his nipples, chest, legs, balls, and cock
(and whereever else she wishes to.) For this scene, a towel is place
below S to catch stray ice and wax. As the movement continues, S
experiences the intensity of ice and the sting of hot wax, backed by
building Heet. At the end of this scene, M may order S back to the tub
to remove all wax and Heet - if she feels like it.
Movement VI - Cock Tortures
For this scene, M may want to simply employ a Seven gates of Hell (set
of cock rings), along with the cord attached to S's cock and balls. As
the seductive dance continues, S is aroused by the cord, only to feel
the pain of the Seven Gates preventing a full erection. M might also
use her foot for some ball crushing (or a heel), she might do some
twisting, additional clamps and hot wax, etc. The key is to cause pain
along with each new level of arousal.
Movement VII - Paddles, Crops, and Whips
This is very much a scene of rythmn. S is beaten with increasing
intensity to the beat of the music. M continues the rythmn through her
dance, with periods of pain, and periods of seduction. As she whirls,
M produces her cat-o-nine tails, which she uses the tease and torture
her slave. With each beat, S knows not if he will just be teased, or
whipped painfully and thoroughly. This movement can be repeated (or
built up) as much as desired.
Movement VIII - Approach the Top
This is the climatic movement. M may demand stimulation/attention of
any type, she may repeatedly demand that S stimulate himself but stop
short of orgasm, or it may be a scene of tenderness, hugging, and
gentleness. It might also be a little of each of these things. If she
prefers it, M might make this a simulated wrestling scene, in which S
makes a vain attempt to overcome M, only to be pinned, defeated, and
teased more. M might also make this ascene of humilation, covering S
with whipped cream, strawberries, or whatever she prefers. In any
event, this movement should be a surprise to S, dictated by the whims
and feelings of M. (She might also invite in a buch of her fellow
dommes!)
