More information on the video and photo trading scene and the ripoff
behavior to look out for:
"BJ Thompson" in La Marque, Texas, is one who sends photographs and
videos that he says are he and his hot wife. But are they? No.
When you send your home sex tape to someone after you get from them a
beat up cassette that has a recording on it that looks like the 8th
generation duplicate, you are being foolish. If the person claims it is
a personal video, why does it look so bad? Why is it fuzzy? Usually
this is because it is really something the person is pawning off as
being a home tape when it is really someone else's. There are people
who end up making compilations of their home sex scenes to where the
image may be a little fuzzy. Feel free to ask why, but be polite. If
you get an answer that sounds lame, like the dog ate the original tape,
suspect that this isn't a compilation. I received a home sex tape from
someone near a military base. The male in the couple had a military
haircut, but the video looked like something that had made the rounds
throughout the base..it looked like the 8th generation copy. Just
because you see that military haircut doesn't mean the guy is really the
guy who made the video.
Ripoff artists buy magazines that advertise sex photos and home videos
for sale. Yes, there are people who sell their home sex videos, and
their home sex photos. The ripoff artists turn around and then make
the innocent believe that these purchased items are from the ripoff
artist and the ripoff artist's wife. A couple that seems to be popular
are Bill and Karen out of Joppa, Maryland, Karen being the woman who
edits Odyssey Express, the high quality swingers magazine that releases
the Odyssey amateur tape line. Karen enjoys being seen, and sells her
tapes and photos. Three people, so far, have claimed to be Bill and
Karen in trades with me. Now it is a couple who are in Jacksonville,
Arkansas who call themselves "Rick and Karen H. on Maryxxxx Lane".
The photos they send are purchased photos that clearly are the Joppa,
Maryland couple, as Bill has a gut and an inverted navel, and Karen has
certain unusual facial features. The video "Rick and Karen" from
Arkansa sent was a video that the Joppa, Maryland couple made with
another couple where
very little of anyone's face is really seen. But, I know within seconds
now the sound of Karen's (from Joppa) sounds she makes during sex.
Also, another ripoff artist, this one from Arizona, sent me the very
same Bill and Karen video a few months ago, and of course he also said
it was he and his hot wife.
When the ripoff artist cannot buy photos he steals other peoples and
then makes copies. And easy tipoff is to look closely at a photo and
see and optical distortion associated with light being shone on a photo
to prepare for the camera exposure. Photos of photos done by putting a
photo on a flat material and shining a light on the photo will result in
a photo image that is not as sharp as a photo from a negative, unless
the person doing the work is doing it with the right hardware and the
right training.
BJ Thompson sent me two photos of his "wife" and one wasn't quite the
right measurement for a standard lab photo. About 1/8th of an inch was
missing along the bottom. A month later, BJ then sent me a few other
photos, and he made the mistake of sending another copy of one of the
first photos, but this time without the bottom trimmed away. What had
been trimmed was where one could see that a photo of a photo had been
made, that you could see the edge of the original photo and then the
plywood that the photo had been adhered to in order to take the photo!!!
Yes, look at the edges of the photo. Is there some sort of stopping
point to where it looks like something other than what should be in a
real photo image? Looking carefully will result in you discovering that
it is a photo of a photo.
Then there are the ripoff artists who merely steal from one couple and
then give the stolen material to another couple in order to set
themselves up as a "swinging couple". The receivers of the stolen
material assume that the images contain activities that the "swinging
couple" have made, not knowing it is really a scam.
Sometimes ripoff artists will send you a photo that is such an extreme
close up that it could be OJ Simpson humping Marcia Clark. Therefore
how are you to really know this is a real photo of the people who sent
you the photo? You can't. Be a little intolerant of extreme anonymous
behavior as the photos or videos could be ANYONE. Some people don't
want their faces to be seen, like someone who I deal with who claims to
be in the US government in some important position in Washington. Okay,
but frankly if it was Bob Packwood making the videos and I saw his face
I still wouldn't sell the tape to the Enquirer. The anonymous
videographer or photographer has to deal with trust after a while.
Some never do.
