Roswell incident - possible early rocket program?

The night:

11:00pm: two nuns were making astronomical observations of the sky when they saw a brilliant bright white light plummet to earth. They logged this.

11:30pm: a young boy and his father were looking for meteors when a white object with a fiery whtie tail went over the skyheading north west over roswell.

11:30 to 12:00pm: a farmer on a ranch north of roswell heard a crash in his field.

The next day:

The farmer investigates his ranch and finds scatered material that seems impossible to break.

Sunday:

-The farmer took some of the material to the sheriff and tells his story to him. The sheriff conclueds that it is military business from the airfeild not far away.

-Major Marcell, the base intelligence officer is told of the debris.

-The Major and a sergeant drove to the ranch to see the debris, finds out it is not radioactive.

Monday:

-The Major and the sergeant examines the material and finds it does not fit any known aircraft, possible a new and secret aircraft. Tuseday:

-The media get hold of the story.

-The material is taken to the air base and is shown to the CO (Commanding Officer).

The US military rocket program

The program started the same year the incident happened at roswell and the base is located in New Mexico (the desert of white sand). The rockets were created by Wernher Von Baun, who build the V2 rockets and the camera equipment was built by Clyde Tombaugh, the astronmer who found Pluto. The equipment at the time was unreacongnisable to many people in 1947 (we are talking about very early and primative microchips and chip sets). When the Russians got to Von Baun's V2 factories after the war, they found very advanced equipment, even some scientists could not work them out.

The first experiments were acomplete distaster at first and some were kept out of the public eye for a while, fearing the russians may copy them. The rockets were meant to go right out of the atmosphere at 400km up while filming the earth and crashed back to earth. The film (if it survived the impact) was studied and sometimes kept secret (if it filmed russia accidently)

What may have happened

10:30pm:The US army sends up test rocket withnew equipment on board and new materials to test in space.

11:00pm:thing go wrong and the rocket starts going offcourse.

11:30pm:the rocket crashes.

What about the crahsite?

Have you ever seen a crash site of a missile, its a mess. Objects cannot be identified as it all has been ripped apart. This explains the symbols on the material, they were probebly writing engraved on the material but mutilated by the heat of the crash or chipsets mentioned before.

What about the bright light?

Everyone has seen the Columbia rip apart as it enters the atmosphere, it was a big bright white light.

Why the coverup?

-the unbreakable material was proberly an experimental material like the stuff on modern spacecraft, the government properbly didn't want the material getting in the wrong hands.

-the chipsets and cameras were technological advancments and they didn't want anyone to copy them.

-the film on board may have been used as intel on russia (bit farfetched) What about the aliens?

No aleins were found but if there were any they were proberbly:

-Monkeys were used in the early test flights in space. The rocket may have been a top secret flight with the every first animals on board. When the rocket crashed, the explosion would have mutilated the monkeys and left them hairless which explains the creature never seen before (every seen a bald monkey?)

-test dummys were used alot in space programs, when a dummy is all stuffed up it could resemble an alein.

What about area 51?

If you wanted to make advanced aircreft, would you send a rumour around about alien space ships being used as experiments to cover up your creations?
