Reduce Net Zero to Zero

Its true that many provders out there are offering "free" ISP's, but what you get is anything but free. I am a man of modest means that has a passion for the finer tings in life. I demand quite a bit from the people I know and the services I use. I submit this "How To" article, because of my past frustration with those people behind the "free isp". Ok, so you can't afford DSL or Cable cause you spent $400.00 on your new cpu melting video card, and ur stuck with 56k (or less). I feel ur pain. Then, you find the words FREE ISP and intantly you perk up.(A light at the end of the tunnel.) Pffffft. Please! Then you download install and come to find out that your new video card is put to good use by a memory sucking, bandwidth eating, eye sore, of a screen gobbling, BANNER! This is not FREE, this you pay for with frustration. Pop up ads, reminders, interupted downloads, 10 less kb/s. No more, I say! I'll be damned if I'm going to pay for anything less than DSL or Cable in any way shape or form.
If you're bright you probably have already figured this out, but you could be a newbie, and we've all been there once, so this is for you.First find your program file(you know the one)open it, then open the bin folder. Look for *jpeg.dll*. Open this with notepad. <select all> of the content in the file. Then.... Reduce to ZERO (delete) leaving the file size at zero. Lastly, save as jpeg.dll in the same place you got it from and you're set.No more frustration.
