This communiqué is an attempt by The Global World Peace Foundation to bring an end to war in our world.

We are asking all people, globally, to take a personal vow to not participate in violence toward other human beings. We believe that Humanity can collectively transcend most violence, especially organized violence such as war.

Since this communiqué is being distributed globally, if we each do our part, we can realize a world of harmony and cooperation, in which we all love each other as sisters and brothers. Our goal is to reach every person in every country. To succeed, we must dare to trust each other. We must each search the depths of our hearts, and decide to do what is right. Please consider a policy of gentleness toward all beings.

For ages, we humans have fought and killed each other. War and violence have never brought an end to themselves. Only this type of social movement, through communication and cooperation, can bring a final halt to it all. All the energy and resources that we save will restore humanity. May this effort mark a milestone in human history.
