The Cure for Goverment Corruption

The analogy between cancer and the corruption of our government is a profound one. Anybody who is intellectually honest has to admit that something is terribly, terribly wrong with our nation. Even a little bit of research will reveal corruption that seems to permeate all levels of our government.

Corruption is cancer. Traditional cancer treatments tend to be radical and destructive, with few choices available. The body seems unable to fight cancer on its own; radical surgery, radiation and chemotherapy are the usual courses of action. All of these, however, cause profound damage themselves. While death from the cancer can sometimes be curtailed, the treatments themselves become the cause of death.

Once one establishes the premise that the very highest levels of government in the United States are either corrupt or controlled by something else that is corrupt, the courses of action become somewhat limited. What do We the People do? We certainly have an obligation to correct the situation, because ours is a government Of The People. We the People are ultimately responsible. Well - what CAN we do?

The most common choice is to ignore the situation. It is just too ugly. Besides - we don't want anybody thinking that we are "conspiratorial wackos" or "extremists"! Ignore that cancer, and it might not get any worse. Life goes on - until the cancer ends it.

Another solution is for the individual to divorce himself from our government and society. While this might be a solution in a truly free society, we are not free. Careful study of the situation with the Freemen in Montana will reveal this. Even if we COULD exercise our freedom and stand aside, would it be the right thing to do? How can a government Of the People continue to stand if We the People just bail out when things go awry? It cannot. Do you have brain cancer? Well - just cut off your head and go on with your life!

A new way to treat cancer is currently being tested. It seems that cancer cells have ways to fool the body's immune system into thinking they are healthy cells, thus preventing attack. When this ability is removed, the body can and will selectively destroy cancer cells all by itself!

Our nation is capable of weeding out the evil that has permeated it - if We the People can only recognize the corruption. The cancer we are suffering from is expert at hiding itself. A few glances at the television "news" and the larger "news"papers reveals in a large part how this is accomplished. Corruption of select law enforcement positions and agencies also insures that the natural immune system of our society is never permitted to recognize the cancer.

These connections really hit me after rereading the Jean Duffy interview on the Media Distribution web page. (This interview details how federal investigations get quashed when they begin to threaten certain people.) Imagine the effects of this interview in the hands of the general population! There is enough in that interview alone to start off several dozen investigations into corruption at the highest levels of government. And, as anybody who follows the "alternative media" knows, this only scratches the surface.

So, what's the point? Well, we have a clear and viable course of action available; we need to take away the cancer's ability to hide itself from our immune system. We do it by spreading information far and wide - as quickly as possible. We have spent a lot of time "preaching to the choir". It is time to get out of the closet.

We WERE the skeptics - but we did our own homework and came to our own conclusions. We are aware of the cancer. The alarm needs to be sounded - and WE are the only ones who can do it. We will be harassed and called names, but we must persist until our message is known. We the People simply cannot afford to sit back and let this cancer run its course. We have the ability to beat it!
