No green smileys on Vuze

I have set up static IP, allowed exceptions to my firewall, and port forwarding. What the hell is the problem? I get downloads at 600-700k, with good seeds, and I am at .980 ratio. I still get what I want, but just the fact that I could do better kind of pisses me off.

Are you absolutely sure that your port forwarding is set up correctly? I remember when I used to mess with Torrents, that port forwarding pretty much killed it until I had it working right.
